Responses to issues raised in the 11/15/16 Planning Board Hearing; additional information and clarifications for consideration at the continued hearing on 1/24/17.
The Planning Board approved the Special Permit for 47 Bishop Allen Drive after a two-hour hearing. This approval makes it possible to replace the existing parking deck with 23 apartments. Alex Twining and Kishore Varanasi, CBT Architects, gave a 20 minute presentation before the unanimous Board vote.
